When considering Halloween safety, parents usually think about reflective costumes to keep kids visible at night, layers to keep kids warm, and keeping candy consumption down to a reasonable level. However, with COVID transmission still high in Lake County and many children unable to receive vaccines, parents may be experiencing a higher level of concern over balancing Halloween fun with safety.
